    Wheel Arch Liner

    Hey All,

well those stupid concrete bits they put in front of carparks have claimed another. Concentrating too much on the bad parking from a w@nker driving an SUV and having to squueze into the only park available and being in a rush, I put the front of my bumper over the concrete bollard. Ended up ripping one side of the bumper off as I backed out again. Managed to get it all back together and there is no visable damage, however the wheel arch liner is ripped in 3 and even though I've kinda managed to tack it all back in place it now rubs when I go hard left.
Question is - what is the purpose of the wheel arch liner? Will it be safe to rip off until I get a new one?

    Cheers!

Short answer. To keep mud dirt and dust out.. yes you can "rip" it off until you get a new one.
I'd be sure to give the area a good clean before putting on the new one.

    Goodluck!
