All superficial damage (air bags intact - rails & skirts straight) - it was good and bad the infield was so wet - bad as I couldnt pull it up before the Armco - good because I managed to shunt the Armco & push the posts back in the ground - lessening the blow.

Sore neck for a week though!

Car is still in regular service, you would never know it happened.

Wow, "lucky" that it wasn't as bad as it could've been. How fast were you travelling at the time?

And any pics of the car now?

I think it was only at about 70 - 80kmph - its the caurosel (spelling?) which I also managed to crash a motorbike on the same bend too

The problem was the grass was so wet that the car accelerated when it hit it.

There are some good lessons to be learnt from this sort of thing / lift off oversteer in the wrong places!

I'll have to see if I can find my other pics - car has lived on the Gold coast for years. 1999 = old skool
