Haven't been on much lately, here's a summary of my past month haha
Snow Foam goodness
Bought a DAS6 Pro from Car Care Products, simply put, amazing product!
trialed it on mums mazda which was covered in swirls, also got rid of all the small scratches on my golf but not worth putting up pics, see results on mazda
Got my windows tinted to darkest legal with Tint A Car, had a $100 off special, not as dark as I was hoping, will have to get a better picture soon of side windows properly, but still looks better than standard
Think those seats are clean? I did, but I'm a bit perfectionist and clean seats periodically, got a steam cleaning unit this time
and this is the colour of the water.....
Nothing performance based, saving up for my turbo back exhaust. Also please excuse 4WD mode, raised the coils so I can put chains on through snow season haha
Cheers

In the process of getting a RWC to clear a defect atm. Vic roads approved of the coilovers and camber tops but I still need to change one strut top bearing and according to the roadworthy guy, my "front right suspension is bent", he doesn't know which part of the suspension........but it's bent he says.
Here's what it looks like at the moment. Thanks to Matt for lending me the wheels and Dyl and Stu for helping out with stuff aswell
^^ wow it doesn't look like your car at all. I'm glad I kept my stockies in case I run into the same situation.

don't know what I'd do ... my stockies were originally 14"s!! they wont even fit over the gti front brakes now!
Dark Grey Mk4 Golf, 1.8T GTI conversion, APR stage 1, stock air intake, FMIC, 3" to 2.5" Exhaust, FK AK Street Coils, Black 18" (Avant Garde M310's ?), tinted tails, ...
I installed the Bilstein shocks and Neuspeed spring I bought from Lito a few weeks back. (Fronts today, rears tomorrow)
Got a quote for around $600 to have them installed, screw that. It was heaps easier than I had expected.
It is a fair bit lower than the Eibach springs I had.
190,000 km on stock shocks and 160,000 with the Eibachs springs.
The stock shocks were stuffed, when I push them down by hand they stay down.
The ride has been transformed, speed bumps are now a non event.
Have to get an alignment this week then will have a proper throw into some corners.
