Open the door and look underneath, the seal is attached at the bottom of the door

I have the same problem as you, already cleaned that seal twice. So filthy.
Might remove the trim/head lining because I suspect my rear drain pipe from the sunroof may have detached. Not looking forward to that.

Thanks BB, I'll be getting straight into the bottom of the door tomorrow. After reading that thread, seeing the pics, and relating it to how wet the bottom of my door was at the time of 'flooding', I'm sure that's my problem.
