Thread: What have you done to your mk4 (golf/bora) today?

    Removed my front right disc, hub, knuckle and coilover in preparation of getting my bent strut sorted.
    Might replace the bushes in my control arms and top of struts and do the bearings whilst I'm at it.

    Where do you guys get your bushes?
    I'd like to upgrade from rubber to nolethene.

    I just get genuine gear. but I believe there is a AUS company that does nice ones for the control arms... Iv had a blank on there name, can buy them at super cheap, even PVW was raving about them on their mk4 golf. superpro, superpoly, poly-something? i dunno

    id quote the PVW mag they did the review of them on but they are still back at my old house.

    The bushes are SuperPro made by Fulcrum http://www.superpro.com.au/find-supe...ton=Search+Now

    I've had these for many years and they do the job.

    Decided to chuck some of Cam's 10mm spacers on the rear for a looksee. Turn's out camber does ruin tyres...


    Time for some adjustable gruvenparts bars!

    Here's what it looks like with the rear spacers anyway...

    how have you managed to get wear like that - shouldn't it be consistently worn all the way around, not just in those patches? Looks like someone's been ripping skids to me ...
