Love it man, love it!! Inappropriate use of a V8 block, but who cares Those legs for the glass top look like wooden wine bottles too.

Out of interest, did you make it? If so, easy?

Did you have dramas the first time round you tried to install it ?
Yeah, i know what you mean! Mine was sitting around for ages!!

I did mate, really just out of stupidity and not taking the time to do it properly. Allow yourself a good few un-rushed hours, have all of the appropriate tools there and go for it. Put one of the top nutserts in first, then bolt the brace on, mark out the other top side, put that nutsert in, bolt it, then repeat for the bottom! TAKE YOUR TIME. it's the biggest lesson i learnt from my first attempt! I was just lucky enough to have room under the first ones to try again.

Also, get a wire brush attatchment for your drill and make sure you get rid of all of the finishing-goo, give yourself a nice flat even surface to work on; I also undid the seatbelt bolts and just about all of the rear interior bits just so there wasn't anything in the way, lots easier to work with!

And when drilling, start off with a small bit to get your hole, then work your way onto a bigger bit, then do the final drill with the half inch bit (i think its half inch anyways).

Looks great when its in! Can't say I notice a real difference when the rear seats are in, but when the rear seats are out you can notice the difference!

New OEM end links in, seems to be all good so far, managed to force the bar on to the street setting this time.
Found out the rattle in my exhaust, inside of the cat is stuffed, so thinking i might just get a straight through section as it'll be cheaper then a new one im guessing (wooo possible power mod on the 2slow haha)

After procrastinating all day I managed to wash the golf, clay it,wash it again, polish it and wax it with the help of the kids next door and all it cost me was a couple of can soft drink
While procrastinating I did manage to clean the garage floor ,paint the walls and play with my son's xmas present
