i'm always putting the back seats up and down to put my mountain bike in therefore the hinges/brackets on the back of the seats were getting very worn..
i'll get some pics up soon
Currently waiting for up to two hours (called just after midnight, stuck in Chatswood on my way home from work) for a tow-truck.
The left-rear damper has come loose completely from its lower attachment point, and is now dragging on the ground (and its attachment point was also hanging dangerously low).
I didn't hit anything big, just came around a corner and there was a clanging sound like something metal hitting the road. Thought maybe I'd flicked up a wheel weight or something similar off the road surface, but continued slowly, until it came again. Got out and checked, and sure enough there it was. Will upload a photo later.
To say I'm unhappy about it (given someone worked on the car to replace the suspension just on two weeks ago) would be a gross understatement...

Booked my bora in for a quick polish and got some input in painting various panels
loaded the car up with 5 full grown guys and surfing gear on saturday (wasnt planned...), just wished i could have got a photo, SOOOOOO low.
fitted up the roof racks minus the ski holder. makes a bit of noise around 80km/h but is ok.
really dont wanna get roof racks hey.. dont like the way they look, plus rather spend my money on some other things! garrett gt28 hmm
coated my fk streetlines with some anti-seize spray...now just have to put the coilovers actually on.
well here are some pics. note i colour coded the valances over the last couple of weks also.. quite happy with how they turned out.
very happy with how it looks. some scratches i cant get rid of but all in all, not bad for a 10yr old car. still need to give it a wax after the next wash/polish -- all i need now is some fatter rims to set it all off.
cheers

oem clean! but yeh bigger/fatter wheels and it will look much better.
Running with Mk4 R32 suspension at present, waiting for the PSS9s to be shipped overseas for repairs and then back here for re-fitting.
I should clarify that I was upset because it was midnight, I'd already worked from 4pm, and just wanted to get home (which finally happened at 2am). Wasn't upset with anyone in particular - just the fact that the bloody thing let go...
