How long have they been around the wrong way??

Gave the interior a quick clean. found the passenger seat spring has also fallen out along with the little tab.

Since Tuesday, about 300km, + a few ABS stops from 70 & 80km as part of the skid pan day, then 10 sideways laps of the pan.
I noticed a vibration on the highway after about 150km I should have taken this more seriously and had a good look. It was not until I tried to find the source of a weird sound that I saw the rotation arrow the wrong way around.

Oh forget that spring, it wont go back in. You may now find it difficult to move the seat forward and back.

no, surely the gearbox goes thru a combination of cog-swapping punishment, low lubrication, bad oils, and no doubt a little bit of manufacture defect or metal fatigue?

Had my aircon regassed, now have chilly air and not just vaguely cool air! Thankfully a regas appears to have been enough, there was a chance the compressor might need replacing.

    Just in time for winter.
