They do good work. but they are pricey.
Actually, its with Scott @ Pedder's Artarmon...on recommendation of another forum member.

I have dealt with them before and they are pretty good to deal with/reliable workmanship. Car was held up because an audi needed a steering kit replaced and they were held up on waiting for parts, as well as having to pull half of the frontend apart to do the job. Scott called me and told he me could have gotten all the guys to work on my car to rush it out but he wouldnt be happy with it.

They gave me plenty of notice, so I'm not too fussed.

WRT heasmans, I have a personal issue as in the past I queried repairs to my car specifically regarding chassis and wheel alignment, and they basically said there was an issue but stood on the side of the insurer, so my car wasnt remediated.

As for what I did today - it's not my Mk4, but...

Did he take you for a spin and/or did he let you drive it yourself?

We dropped over to Eastern Creek Raceway for a bit after we added the race-specific decals (that was fun work in the sun!). I got a ride at that stage - Al was going to let me drive it, but I barely fit in (I'm 6'4" tall and 105kgs), and didn't want to have an off or damage the car if I got caught up with my feet on the pedals or knees on the steering wheel, etc, so I declined the offer.

Awesome car though, regardless. It was a privilege to even ride in it - Al, thank you so much!

If I've lost 10kgs or so next time I see the car, Al may have a harder time keeping me out of the driver's seat.
    Nothing to see here...

Manaz, mate thank you so much for the help today we couldn't have done it without you, it was stinking hot in that sun and with your help we made short work of it. It was a real shame you couldn't fit in the driver seat well enough to have a drive but once we go to the weld in cage it should allow me to have more seating options.

The picture looks great I would love to see the rest of the ones you took, we just finished up with dinner and a couple of drinks and have decided to have an early one, will try to update throughout the week as net access allows.

Trent thanks for the kind words, Manaz had a big hand in putting the event stickers on and he did a brilliant job and took some great snaps.

    Cheers Al

    Nice one
