Took us a while to find something to seperate the seam where the strut mounts to the wheel hub. In the end, I used a 1/4"-3/8" converter, which when pushed into the gap and twisted, worked a treat. Until I found that I had to drop the sub frame out just to get the drivers side one out

I'll get some pics together for you.

Yep I put new springs in yesterday, was the third attempt as they were reset springs (shortened in length) but to the incorrect height the first 2 times...... what a debacle...... long story.

anyway I'd become so profesh at it all that at 11:30 pm last night i thought i'd go grab a donut, celebrate and smile at the sight of my newly lowered dub, while driving along I can here this amazingly loud cluncking noise, stop at servo and what did I forget...... duh!!
ah just to tighten the sub frame up....

the bolts were sitting right at the end of there threads..... no biggie....lol

yeah the last one was when i spent 4 weekends trying to make my keyless entry install work, I was going insane as it really isnt that hard...

the whole time it was that I had the front drivers door open when testing it (as you have half the dash hanging out the door) in the end i spat it, slammed the door, for some reason hit the button again and it worked..... I could have headbutted myself!!
