Is more like 1 Or 2 o'clock on the arch. That was mostly from 19s, so 17s can get around further (as seen above)

Hadn't heard of them until seeing your post. They look good - will have to research the differences.

    Ecs just relocate the beam
Idf adds camber, a bit of drop, and stub axle re location.
Only recommended for bagged cars or cars with proper static lows (lower then me when I'm aired out

took a couple of decent photos(albeit off my phone) of my 03 GTI. gave it a wash yesterday, needs a good cut and polish in some areas but it will come good
on the weekend I fitted up a replacement brake retainer spring and replaced the front right shock as it was blown out to hell... its like a whole new car with good shocks haha!

Did you only replace one shock ?
I would suggest you do all 4 at the same time, if one was dead the others won't be far behind.

I got a set of 2nd hand ones that are in good condition and only replaced that one shock for the time being to keep it safe and drivable.

if and when the others feel bad I will swap them out if that is before I get a full new replacement set.

Over the last two weeks I have felt really down and out about my car.

It needs a replacement turbo and new clutch, and honestly I had thoughts of scraping my car and selling off the good bits.

I had some jackass acquaintance saying the mkiv gti was the worst gti ever made blah blah, which made me feel even worse.

But then I thought of all the great times I've had with the car. It may be regarded as the worst gti, but every time i jump in the car I always have a tonne of fun.

So in saying that i have a brand new Borg Warner k03s and vr6 clutch/g60 flywheel being installed by Jmac in the coming weeks.

But i might have to refrain from full on track days now They quickly highlight all the aging parts in a 190k car.

I hope to be back out to happy laps soon thou at Lakeside.
