Thanks mate I was a little hesitant at first but I covered the alternator and coilpacks and had a crack at it. I'm glad I did as it wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be.

My 1.8t is filthy! Will clean it up after the conversion

Went to a mates , got the buff out today , washed the car , cut and polish , another polish then some wax .... come out a lot better then i thought it would ....

then we did his lexus is200

Agree with the above - was that just with metal polish? Makes a huge difference.

Are you talking the coin-holder tray? It's a standard part for non-armrest cars ... I've got one spare - PM if you want it.
