What have you done to your mk4 (golf/bora) today?

Amazing value for money, I love my set of FK Streets.

Front height depends on engine, ie: my 1.8t front end is noticeably heavier than my 1.6L on the same coils, and the drivers side needed to be wound higher to be level for both engines.

And the rear is wound almost to the tops, about 5mm from the top of thread showing, great height for anyone, except those in areas like mine with sheet loads of speedbumps, and potholes, for miles and miles!

Anyone thought of doing this? Going to get my hatch flushed and painted so this could be a good idea. Anyone know if once i do my gti conversion i can code in a leyfob with hatch release?

I thought of doing it too dubster!

It's supposed to be able to work with hatch release on key fob, but not 100% on how easy it'll 'wire up' to the factory setup, hopefully just a trigger wire. Pretty sure you'll need 3 button remotes not 2 button too.

As you can see from the pics I uploaded a couple of days ago, I've got all of the gear to install the new 2 plug CCM and key fob remotes, which'll be installed within the next week, and hopefully I'll know a bit more about the hatch release/boot pop system too...

Come with diagrams of the hatch side of things and step by step instructions

On another note ive looked into millteck split systems for my 1.8t and a catback will be $1191 delivered from uk, then ill order a 42dd dp and cat for $370

Hmmm I was taking a note of my mileage, for working out fuel cons, I'm pretty sure at 2000km the trip computer rolled over to zero, this right? I defo didn't press the button. The last time I checked it it said 1940 didn't check it again for an hour or so. The last time I got fuel was at 1900 km

awesome, I finally can get my shaved boot popping!
I just never got the time too sort that out, got a 3button keyfob a while ago and was doing a bit of research on setting it up.
