i think they only make one style, have a search on Google images. still unsure if i want to joey mod them or not...opinions?

Yeah, I'm definitely going for the black/Joey mod look on my lights, just don't know how yet. Might do the Joey mod over xmas seeing as I'll actually have a shed to use up at the oldies' house..

I thought you might be getting these Hella's, already in black... Ridiculously overpriced at ECS though, very hard to find anywhere else though too..

I've found them at a reseller on the US ebay for like ~$176 !! But they stated that they don't ship outside of the US anymore, bummer! But if anyone knew anything about one of those shipping-forwarding services, maybe I/anyone else could arrange a few sets to come out here?...

Really want them, but maybe money would be better spent towards a new clutch kit from the ecs group buy coming up and put it on the shelf for when I need it.. And try the much cheaper Joey mod on the lights? Hmmm...

haha yeah i jumped on them as soon as i saw them, didn't even negotiate haha, figured i wouldn't be the only one after them

Washed it for the fist time in what has to be at least two months. Longest time without a wash so far. Photos don't do it justice either.


Also fixed my passenger side door lock module well the micro switch of it. God dam i hate that job. Put it back in, doesn't want to electrically lock... then put the window motor plug in and wollah its locking now. Then i set the cable on the handle to tight and the door wouldn't open any more. Just little things.

Good old door locks!
I've never had to replace the micro switches, only re-solder the joints inside the CDL module.

Sold my jap adapters with the bbs rs (which I use on 75% of my wheels), and all my other wheels are without tyres atm or in pieces...
Should have planned that a little better, need to wait for replacement adapters and wheels to land
