No, not harsher. I certainly wouldn't recommend being this low on such big wheels though (unless you are the illest)
Insane amount of scrub when turning. Paint has started to burn on in the engine bay and also on the outter guard.

drilled out my rays from 12mm to 14mm today. nice and easy job so long as you have high quality drill bits and cutting oil.
