What have you done to your mk4 (golf/bora) today?

changed the coolant temp sensor housing last night, all in all not a difficult job, except for cleaningup the 3 litres of coolant that spilt onto my floor.

also i noticed that i can build 2-3psi of boost in neutral, is that normal? the k03 never could do that

Did you change the temp sensor and seal as well? I wanted to check/clean mine, and wondered if you should always replace the seal?

i changed the seal but not the sensor. the sensors only 12 months old so it should still be fine

not much really, i could see a tiny crack but it looked in okay shape, i guess it must've seen some really high pressure at lakeside haha. took it for a nice teat drive and all seemed fine, i think it needs some new plugs though.

just ordered some neuspeed race springs to solve my wheel arch gap a little. anybody have any experiwnce with adjustable sway bar end links, will they make the sway bar clear on a 50mm drop? or will i need to get a whole new sway bar??

there is no set rule if it will help or not.
id like to say yes, some longer end links should push it up enough, but dont quote me.
some guys have no problems on stock with a 50mm drop, others dont even get to 40mm.
