Fitted in my new centre console, refitted some stuff in the bay and gave her a wash.
Hope to paint my panels this week but will see how I go.

Had a look underneath the car to see whats what on the diy external resistor fix and found the downside to a lowered car.
Is there is cover for the oil sump or is that the oil sump?

Also does anyone know what this sensor is, located in the front bumper.

    I believe thats the sump...

Its the reason I raised the front of my car 15-20mm, sump sits very low, and as soon as they come back into stock im looking at a euro spec cover from ECS.

Yup thats the sump, no cover unfortunately but as lonewolf mentioned ECS sell one which looks pretty good although it'll lower your clearance more it'll protect your sump! I believe that sensor is the outside air temp sensor.

Holy crap, those scratches are pretty nasty!

Do you feel it scrap or is it likely that you bought it that way and a previous owner did the damage on some shonky road/driveway?

Is that the all metal weather cover? I was looking at those aswell but won't that just move the problem and give less clearance?

Ah fairo, seems a stupid spot as it would be effected by wind wouldnt it? Or have they counted for that.

Not sure what suspension allthough apparently its not the stock suspension as people have noted that its lower than the stock.

Ah the fun was that i brought it then when pulling into my drive way heard a huge scrape which was it botteming out. Turns out the other side of the curb has been washed away and is enough to cause problems. Now i have to do a u-turn down the end of the street and come over a specially made section so i dont bottom out untill we get more gravel in to fix the problem. So im not sure how much of that is the previous owner and how much is me but a few speed bumps also cause some problems. The dealer also noted how much damage i had caused so thats not a good sign.

yeah the ECS cover makes it even lower, but better off damaging that then your sump if your car is that low...
