Well my bora hasn't seen much daylight since sedf and is in need of a good bath,

So I'm hoping to get a start on cleaning it tonight then finish on the weekend, also the mk5 will require a bath on the weekend.

I'm working on a little project for the bora at the moment, hopefully Will be finished soon.

    Thumbs down

is now over $250 out of pocket thanks to australia post damaging my new wheels not once, but twice!! pretty sure i am cursed when it comes to modifying my car. They have probably clocked up more km in transport then seconds i have enjoyed looking at them on my car

Thanks to Mike at Ajax wheels in melbourne for rolling it a second time at no charge even though he was not at fault

On a positive note, payment cleared from my paypal account for my adapters... It only took two weeks to go through...

I got my MK4 gti chipped today Thanks to Guy and James at Harding performance, top blokes who do quality work. The car feels, drives and sounds sooo much better, why didn't they roll off the factory lines like this???

I did the flapper mod on my R32. Ive used a zip tie to bend the hose and make it neat, and ive put a screw in the end of it...Just wondering...what do I do to the Metal nozzle that the hose was connected to? Do I just leave it as it is?

Probably just a good idea to put some electrical tape on it to stop it gunking up.

That's just the entry to the chamber that controls the actual valve itself. It's the hose itself that is the vacuum line. Having that constantly sucking trying to create a vacuum will soon burn it out.
