What have you done to your mk4 (golf/bora) today?

Connected FIS display to factory sat nav.

Now I get radio stations/CD track in top of cluster and directions in the bottom.

Is this Radio Station/CD Track etc something that can be done without the navigation part of it? Would love to have this functionality.

You need to get a FIS display instead of the older MFD version I think. Much nicer with lots more potential for fun toys than our stock ones.

Got my new sway bar, will be waiting a while to get it installed though i think.
also got a control arm caster adj kit from whiteline.

Anyone installed one of these? if so what do you think of them. effects?

Replaced battery after having to call in US air support last night to get me going......

installed an APR Turbo Inlet Pipe... sure is a pain in the arse job!
was hoping it would fix my power loss issues, but no... back to the drawing board, or should i say, Unitronic...

What have I done to my mk4 (golf/bora) today? is probably stretching it but over the last couple of weeks the R has been sitting with Lucas from Eurospeed. Drop in performance started towards the end of last year with the engine underperforming between 2000 and 4500 rpm. 4 hours of diagnosis and the major culprit is a damaged seal and oil in the supercharger. With one problem leading to the next, a 75,000km service looming and the need to remove the s/c for fabrication and reconditioning, the opportunity was taken to give the R a good working over replacing and/or upgrading various components:
