    Volkswagen Sport Springs - R32

    Hi guys,

Has anyone seen these springs available from ECS: Volkswagen R32 MKIV 3.2 > Search > On Sale > ES#342733 Volkswagen Sport Springs - 3C0071679

Are these the same as stock? Will these lower the ride height?

Seems like the bargain of the century if it's correct.

Wow, 86% off! But it says "Lowers your Passat by 25 - 30mm"... I didn't think the Passats and R32s had interchangeable suspension?

    To bad shipping is $160!

Would these fit a regular golf?

If that is the picture of the actual product, then they will not fit a Mk IV R32

Seeing as the part number is 3C0071679 that indicates they are 3C Passat parts.

    Insane price though!

Edit: checked part number - "1 set of coil springs for Sports type running gear" only listed to fit 3C Passat 2006-2010

If you have a look at the search path that he got to it on though up the top, theyre listed under mk4 r32.... so maybe theyre just for illustration purposes. Maybe shoot them off an email, and confirm if theyre infact for the r32 golf

I emailed Jon at ECS Tuning in regards to these springs,

    thanks for the email!

Those springs are actually specific to the B6 Passat, springs for the Mk4 2.0L can be found here on the website:

Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions!

    Best,
