    Yeah, I wouldn't wish diff failure upon anyone. It's not pretty...

    Worth checking both. You're checking for movement in the CV, in relation to the shaft, so yeah hold both CVs one at a time, while trying to twist the shaft.

    Just reporting back on this. I had the car on the hoist yesterday and the mechanic and i identifed that the exhaust was about to fall off.

    The 3" dump was secured to the turbo, but where the 3" reducer joins to the stock exhaust, the clamp was not securing the rest of the system tightly.

    The reducer clamp was tightened to its limits but the rest of the system was just freely moving around!! I am going to an exhaust shop to have it welded up.

    This will be a great result, and it should stop my exhaust fume problem aswell.
