Root Cause:

Forgot about this earlier, but I believe the root cause for all my pain was due to attempting to start the car whilst in get, and on the ramps after fitting the Heatsinks to the car...

Didn't notice that it was in gear, and when it attepmted to start, it bunnyhopped it's way down the ramps, and I believe that the upper cam chain skipped a tooth due to no oil pressure and the bunnyhopping...

Note to others:
If the car sounds rough, or runs rough, or has loss of power and is giving a "Short to Ground" Camshaft sensor error, check the camshaft timing...
