HELP!! how to take the window out of mk4 golf

I am trying to take my back windows out of my 00plate mark 4 golf, i've taken the door cards off and come to the metal holding all the wiring on, i've taken all the screws out but it seems to have 1 welded at the top of the metal. Can anyone help me please and tell me how i can remove it to be able to get to the window.

Wee bit tasky as there is some hidden things but really not too bad. You have the door card off so you are half way there. remove the grommet in the middle of the door membrane and you will find a plastic rawl plug type set up going through the glass and reg. punch that out. Then remove the bailey channel rubber to expose locking lug. remove the aperture seal and you will expose a screw at the top too. With all of this out you can then grab your window glass and lift out of the door.
