If you give your local VW dealer the part number, they will order it.
Giving my suspension an overhaul and am trying to source the LCR strut top mounts
there are various parts on eBay but not 100% sure if they are to the spec of the actual part number as specified on this thread.
Apparently they are from 2002-2006 SEAT Cupra Leon R - part # 1ML 412 331
Cannot for the life of me google where one can find Seat parts in Oz. Has anyone got any sources? I've looked into the Powerflex ones and will probably go down that track if i can't find these (although they some in at almost $100)

will give it a go - they usually ask for a VIN so i wouldn't really be able to give that out...
tbh I'd go down the powerflex route - I recently installed coilovers in the S3, had bad knocking noises from the old bushings but didn't want to replace with OEM stuff so I bought powerflex ones off ebay and they're pretty sweet!
yeah i've got the coilovers waiting so looking at these + bearings while i'm at it
gunna ring around a couple other places to see what's the best price i can get on the power flex stuff vs superpro (who, unfortunately, don't do the top mounts)
I've bought these strut mounts before and honestly I wouldn't bother buying them again. They are not worth the money it will cost you. I ordered them through jmac for around $120 delivered from the UK. They still compress, deform just like the stock ones. I just use the stock ones from now on. Swap them out after a few years.
Tbh sometimes you just want a little bit of comfort driving your car around. The stock strut mounts provide this.

thanks for the info - looks like the power flex ones are a goer then as i've rang up a supplier in NSW and they're about $95 delivered. Harder than the cupra R ones and (hopefully) last longer than both standard and cupra R ones.
i already have a good couple mm of the strut tops poking out...
