yeah do it ecs does the kit so you wont need to make brackets, or you can if you are good whit a laith.
Hey guys..
just having another brain fart.. my rear rotors are rooted as well me gonna replace dem!
however.. they look small and cruddy behind the 18's!
and then i started thinking about the phesability of Putting in
MKIV GTI Front Rotors 11.3" (288x25)
in place of the
MKIV R32 Rear Rotors 10.1 (256x22)
all for the sake of making the wheel look a little fuller![]()
yeah do it ecs does the kit so you wont need to make brackets, or you can if you are good whit a laith.
mk4 the mods begin for round 2 hahahha
but the kit they do isnt the front rotors tho is it?
How often do you reach the limits of the standard rear discs?
I bet never.. waste of money imho.
Wouldn't this affect brake bias?
Pete
EBD takes care of the bias, computer controlled so it doesn't really matter what size brakes you put on, you'll never lock one before the other. (From what i've read - I could be wrong)
Bigger isn't always better!!
I'm currently upgrading my brakes to r32 brakes and doing some reading i'm expecting braking distances to INCREASE - The only thing that the bigger brakes do is reduce fade after repeated braking.
