It's a bit dirty, but when I did mine, I just used a 22mm sparkplug socket and used a shifter around the hexagonal top to stop it spinning. Then I used a 7mm (i think it is) allen key in the top with a 7mm socket on a hand driver to give it some lateral turning power.
As Gav said, you'll also need something to spread the hub. I just used a 1/4-3/8 drive converter and twisted it a to spread.
