An impact gun undoes those nuts best. You might get it with a offset ring spanner. I have a broken ratchet handle with the guts removed and a 22 mm socket welded to it.

A proper offset ring spanner should do the trick..

Yeah, that'll be right. If you are struggling and can get to Flaggy you can borrow the ratchet handle tool. Are the nuts 22mm?

Could stick it in my car in the morning, will be on Don Bradman first thing.

Will try and get something tomorrow, have no idea on the size of the nuts might just try get an angled spanner, im all the way up north so would be a fair hike to flaggy, how hard are they to actually change, shouldnt take more than a few hours should it ?

Should be doable in 2-3 hours with no dramas. If you are changing the shocks you will need something to spread the hub. You could use an allen key that just fits the slot and then twisted.

I might be going up to Parafield. Check your PM for my number

Either an impact/rattle gun to shake it loose, or an offset (60º apparently) ring spanner to turn the nut and an allen key to stop the shaft from spinning.

GAP also have a tool especially for this (http://www.germanautoparts.com/Tools...spension+tools). It's probably the last thing I need to sort out before I try to do my suspension!
    Nothing to see here...
