Is the replacement timing belt/water pump for the above vehicle based on kms or time or both?

I am at 93000kms now. 2003 model 2.0L sport automatic.

And it is also due for a service.

It's either/or whichever comes first. I would suggest if it probably moving on towards the second one and should have had one already a good while ago.

Check the history, assuming it has some.

No, they are toothed. V belt is for the alternator
