    Temp Sender Unit

    Hi all.chasing a temp sender unit for the GTI.I have the old black one and it is unreliable.Also thinking of a coolant flush while I replace unit.any suggestions or advice?

    I do some things to overkill.
    I'd replace the thermostat at the same time, knowing that the entire cooling system has been done.. well except the water pump.

    Run a flush thru and back flush the radiator.
    Mk IV Golf GTI - BMP - GIAC chip, R32 wheels, KW coilovers, rear swaybar.
