Sunroof Rattle - How to fix?

before i go on, i swear i saw a thread on this not long ago, but cant find it for the life of me! anyway....

basically my sunroof has developed a bit of a rattle when it is in the open position i.e. glass slid back into roof. however it is fine when it is tilted up.

at first i thought it was something rattling in the back, but upon a closer 'listening inpsection' i realised that its actually the sunroof...

it sounds like its the actual glass rattling against something rather than a loose screw sorta thing

hoping some of you guys have had this problem yourselves in the past and can give some advice on how to fix it.

wanted to know what im in for so i can order spares etc if needed before things start being taken apart
