    Dub Ad·dic·tion [duhb uh-dik-shuhn]

I found reception diminished a little when I fitted the stubby, but at the time I was living in a rural area north of Sydney. Since moving to Canberra I have not had any problems with reception dropping out, even in tunnels.

If water has gotten in past the base then it could be you need to do what the guy does in this video - or buy a whole new antenna.

I'm selling a stubby I bought from Dub Addiction last year - if anyone's interested check the for sale section.
