Wheel bearings can make many wonderful noises when there gone. Ticking is one noise they can make. If it is the bearing ticking your hearing it will probably be more prominent at speed.
As for cost of repair, I have no idea ?

Pull your wheels in and out. If there is movement your bearings are shot
I'll have to try that tonight, and see how much movement there is.
Could a CV Joint also make this noise?

SO I took the car into my mechanic today. Unfortunately we couldn't figure out what it was.
However! Good news is that my wheel bearings and CV joints are all A Okay
So I am back to square one

I had a RHF wheel bearing go. Ticking sound was there under light load when turning left, became increasingly louder and I could feel it through the steering at higher speeds on constant radius bends at over 80kmh. Just before getting it replaced, it got to the point where it started to sound like the wheel nuts were loose - almost to the point of being a banging sound - when cornering hard.
If your mechanic hasn't taken it on a high speed test run then they most likely wouldn't have picked it up. Solitaire here in Adelaide test drove it at 40kmh and couldn't find a fault, noise, anything. So, I took the tech for a drive at a higher speed, reefed the wheel and then it was confirmed. Hope this helps!
First noise with the video in the engine bay is def the charcoal/carbon filter thiny. Normal.
2nd video as you said, hard to hear - were you holding the phone near the gears at the end or by the door? Could it be something rattling in the exhaust perhaps??? Random guess!
Had another thought - could it be the plastic inner guard liner flapping in the wheel arch? Pops out of place and starts bouncing against the tyre. Has happened to me several times!
