With my tune I get 8.8 around town, 10.5 flogging and 7.2 highway.
It usually sits around 9.5L/100km around town and up to 14L/100km if I put my foot down haha
So a tune will make a huge difference
I am guessing my readings are borked then as at 100 it reckons 5.1-5.7!!! (its all estimation i guess though?) totally stock
On a seperate note where are people sourcing ko3s turbos from as i am having a hard time sourcing a unit at anywhere near a half decent price
Im asking around from the below for post 2000 cars as i believe these came with the ko3-52/53 which are supposed to have a marginally higher efficiency level? For the most part they look the same apart from actuator pressure needed?

I have all the relevant engine codes but alot of this was gathered from UK and US sites which doesnt always mean it ended up here....
you dont take the reading AT 100kmh..it is on the dash as 7.1l/100km,
I got mine from Gav so not sure where except Ebay gumtree or even Camden GTI or a local VW/audi wrecker
I have no instant readout in my car. I just base things on the actual fuel used an distance travelled.
Has any one got an Stage 2 tune ECU for sale for a MK4 Golf GTI?
