    So Ive lost my wheel lock-nut key.....

    Yep, somehow among the pile of crap in the garage I have lost the wheel lock-nut key. Anyone know where I can get a new one???? How the hell am I supposed to get my wheels off????

    yep theres a dozen or so different ones, just go to a dealership and they'll determine which one it is and hten charge you 30$ for a new one lol.

    i dunno... price for insurance, but also, spline bits and sockets etc are nearly that much for good quality ones anyway...

    Hey,
    Just take to any suspension tyre shop and they will be able to take it off in seconds.

    or if you have exp get a socket you dont really want no more or buy another one, smack it on with a hammer a couple times and it'll come off when you undo it.

    the oem vw ones are useless.

    get mcgard. theres no other locknut that can compare

    I Tried That with my VW Lock Nuts, But the outer casing bit is designed to spin so the socket just spins on the nut,

    buy a big chrome spline and hammer it into the centre (if it's a spline?)?

    cutting the wheel off would also be acceptable
