As far as I know you can just push them forward and they pop out! No tools really requires.
Hi All,
If anyone has any tips or tricks for replacing the side guard indicators, mine are starting to look a bit average.
I have got my hands on a smoked set of inpros and would like to replace them to match the rear tails (ex GTI) i have put on?
Anyone know of any step by step tips or pic posts/threads around. Anything I need to look out for too when i get around to giving it a go?
Thanks.
Just hear the little tabs on the edges can easily break off if not done the right way, wasnt sure if i had to go through the wheel arch to get to it?
Thanks for the tip.
i changed mine recently as mine had turned yellow from the sun
i wrapped one of those jewlers screwdrivers in electrical tape, and eased it out gently. you may also wantt to put a bit of tape down on the paint as well if you want to be super cautious
both min popped out from the front most side, although this may be different if they have been taken out before and replaced in the opposite order
if it doesnt budge from one side try the other, you will find that they pop out very easily
