side chrome trim missing

Hey guys,
i bought a 02 vw bora v5 a couple of months ago and absolutely love it! Awesome car but....but the only thing is that theres a piece of chrome trim missing. The trim runs the whole way around the car and on my rear right hand door just the top piece (chrome trim) of trim is missing. i knew it was missing when i bought it and now i really would love to get it replaced. i rang up Volkswagen direct and he said it will cost me 160 bucks just for the trim. So i notice one of you lads had posted up a large list of volkswagen wreckers in victoria. i rang close to 10 different ones and they said no sorry we dont have any 02 v5 boras and some had a couple but they dont have a chome bit on top of the trim that runs around the car. so really im back to the start haha im either going to have to buy it brand new from vw direct or does anyone know of anyone with the trim that is willing to sell it to me. theres a picture bellow my writing that sound show you what i mean. thanks heaps!
