Haven't we done this before? Like at least 3 times previously

    Anyway here goes

    Model/Year: Golf MKIV R32 / Build Dec 03 / Complied Feb 04

Bought it new in Feb 04, all modifications done since then. Only around 35000km total on it in 4 years.

    Mods:
    List of current modifications
    APR ECU Upgrade –
Valet, Stock, 98 and 104-Race Octane programs
Fault Code Erase& Throttle Body Realignment
Security Lockout & Anti Theft Programs
Custom Programming to Enable Left Foot Braking

    VF Engine Mounts
    VF Pendulum Mount

    KW Variant 3 Coilover Suspension
    KW Springs in various rates
    KW Motorsport Adjustable Top Mounts

Custom Fabricated Stainless Steel Brake Lines
    Pagid RS 4 Brake Pads
    Castrol SRF Race Brake Fluid
OEM Slotted Front and Rear Rotors

OEM DSG Intake and Airbox to meet CAMS specs (larger intake than AU version)
    K&N Filter
Removed: BMC Carbon Dynamic Airbox due to CAMS M2C2 class regulations

    APR / B&B Catback Exhaust

    Haldex Blue HPP AWD Controller

Forge Rear Adjustable Control Arms - top and bottom arms

    HPA Short shift

    H&R front 25mm adjustable swaybar
    H&R rear 21mm adjustable swaybar

Tomas Sport Tuning Rear Stress Brace

    Dieselgeek Panzerplate Skidplate

    OZ Superleggera 18 x 8 Wheels times 6
Toyo Proxes R888 R rated tyres

CAMS/ FIA approved Custom Fabricated Roll Cage
CAMS / FIA approved Sparco Pro 2000 Seats
CAMS / FIA approved Sparco 6 Point Harness’s
    CAMS approved 2 x 1KG Fire Extinguishers
    CAMS approved First Aid Kit
    CAMS approved safety triangles
CAMS/FIA approved tow hooks front and rear
    CAMS/FIA approved secondary bonnet tether
CAMS / FIA approved Kill Switch

    Sparco #383 Steering Wheel
    Momo 8015 Hub
    Sparco Rally pedal set
    Sparco Navigator Foot Brace
    Sparco Rally Tool bag

Stilo Helemets - Driver and Nav
    Stilo Intercom System
Monit Rally Computer with remote reset

Asthetic upgrades: Graeme has done the distance to empty thing and illuminated needles with his E-prom re-programmer.

    Upgrades Waiting Installation
Hydraulic Handbrake with separate master cylinder
Will be gutting the remainder of the interior and going to a full weld in cage as pictured in my gallery on the last page of the upgrades section

The car has a CAMS log book that allows it to be entered in CAMS / FIA sanctioned tarmac rally events in the M2C2 classification.

    Which is
M2 = Cars having a 0-60mph acceleration time from a standing start of 4.8 to 6.8 seconds in standard form.
    C = Contemporary 1998 Onwards
    2 = Capacity 2501cc to 3500cc

The CAMS Modern Tarmac Rally rules are pretty strict on what you are allowed to do to the car so unfortunately any FI option is out. There are still some options open in the rules for NA mods so I will investigate these but I'm pretty much at the limit of what's allowed for the modern class (EG: No after market cams allowed, no FI, No after market headers etc)

Thanks to the following companies for their on going support and excellent service.

    Waxit.com.au
    Inmotive (KW)
    Harding Performance (APR)
    Michael Weber Prestige and Performance
    VF Engineering

It is the European MKIV R32 DSG Airbox and intake, the airbox looks almost exactly the same as ours though the intake pipe is a larger diameter. No pics sorry.

I'll get the part numbers from Graeme today when he is up and about as he ordered the parts for me and I will post them up. As a side note we tested the grams per second of air intake with Vagcom while using the BMC and then with the OEM DSG intake and airbox and the difference between the two was negligible.

You guys are killing me with these pics and mods! I'm trying to hold off modding my little baby, but seeing all these I don't think it's possible! I'll post some photos and details of my ride when I get home from work...
