Selling damaged Golf

Hey guys. I was posting around here a little while ago about my Golf that was in an accident and I was looking for parts.

I've now decided I would like to try selling the car and working up some money for another car, rather than deal with sourcing all of the parts and getting all fixed up myself.

Just for quick reference, here is a gumtree listing which details the car, the general condition and the damage.

I also have a word document that I can provide upon request which lists all of the parts that will need to be replaced, as well as parts that are due for changing regardless of the accident.

It would be good either as a fix-up project, or a parts car. You can fix it up, as it is not written off and the damage isn't that extensive. It would also, I imagine, have quite a lot of value in parts. Apart from the damaged hood, grille and bumper, it has a full body of usable parts, as well as full black cloth seating, all in good condition, doors, gearbox, GTI wheels, etc.

Hi there, just a quick update. I will still consider parting it out, however, only if I get enough interest to justify it. If you require parts, just either post in this thread, or PM me and I will make note of all of the parts that people want, and if there are enough requests, I will begin to sell these parts.

Remember there is a very large range of good parts available from this car. The only damaged parts are to do with the front body work (quarter panels are fine) and the radiator assembly.

Looking to move this car, or the parts on as soon as is reasonable.

Remember also, if you are interested in the whole car, just go ahead and make an offer, I will consider all reasonable offers and am willing to move around on the price in order to get the ball rolling.
