    Saw these today > H4 retrofit projector lights.

    really wanting to get HID's. dont want to put them into reflectors. considered getting ebay bora projectors...

    saw this today and just about creamed my pants

    I had previously seen a video where a guy used a bmw reflector to retro fit into a bora housing. this involved heavy dremel action and tbh looked like a pain in the arse.

    in short too much hassle.

    Considering doing this mod with the glass units on dylans co-op

    I think the video below is H1 bulb, but the h4 should be same as it gives you spacing rings for both

    i used the morimoto H1s .. forgot to do a DIY .. been running it for a long time now ..

    What makes you want HIDs? for the lame colours or for better vision?
    for better vision, id just be running normal globes in some retro fitted projectors

    Nah it's for the lame colours I cannot lie.
    But I will be going with the colour with no blue. Just a brilliant white light

    you can get a nice white from normal globes

    Dylan is spot on - Autobarn have a demo board in most stores for the phillips range (some are not ADR approved though)
