    I had a 1.6 sr AKL and converted it to a 1.8T AGU
    As an SR it did indeed rev at about 3000 at 100 kph (approx).
    As a 1.8T it revs lower at about 2700 at 100kph (approx)

    The 1.6 engine has considerably less power than the 1.8t, so it would be fitting that it rev higher in 5th. You dont want the gear too tall or you wont be able to excellerate.
