    RHD Fuse Card

I've had some spare time over the last couple of nights so managed to address the LHD fusecard in a RHD car syndrome by revising the standard one that was in my car.

I'll upload it here in case anyone else is OCD enough to want to print and laminate their own version. If I've made any mistakes please let me know and I'll endeavour to revise it - also if you've added stuff to your car and want to include it on your own customised version, feel free to PM me for the Photoshop source file.

    Cheers,

    Lachlan.

    P.S.
I would have credited the artists for the line drawings I used, but I couldn't find who they were by - if anyone knows, please contact me and I'll add them to the card.

It's easy to store a copy on your phone these days too!

    P.P.S.
Don't attempt to order this from your dealer with the "VW couldn't be f...d! What the f...?!" part number shown.

    Funny you should mention that

I've done what I call a "key list" with that in mind which I'll add to the original post when I get home later today.

    Cheers.

Cheers Snowy - glad you ended up keeping your Mk4 - it's always been an inspiration.

Original post now updated with key. If you notice any mistakes etc, please let me know and I'll endeavour to correct them. Once again if you'd like the source files to include any mods you've made, let me know by PM and I'll send the photoshop files your way.

    Cheers.

Got any suggestions for card etc to make this out of? I guess the best way would be to paste over the existing fuse card as long as the scaling is right.

I'd take the existing card to a stationer so you can get something of the same weight. Get an A4 sheet so it's easy to print, then cut it down. Will be cleaner than trying to cover the original (my lines and pictures won't line up with the original as I modded them somewhat) ... It should be to scale as I based the new version on the measurements of the old, but you'll want to test print on paper first to work out what settings you need. (ie. make sure your printer is not trying to scale it to fit an A4 page)

    Cheers.

Just checked and it looks like something in the Photobucket to VWW process might be screwing slightly with the image dimensions. They should be 7.5cm across by 10.6cm down - as per the original ... You should be able to correct this in a decent image editor but if anyone would like the image files directly feel free to PM me.

    Cheers.
