Replacing ignition switch

Looking to replace my ignition switch as I ran a code.
It was '00849' - S contact at ignition switch.

Called up the dealer and a new ignition switch was $101?

Anyone know if this one on ebay would suffice?

Does the switch still work ? other than the code are there any symptoms ?

Everything works fine except it doesn't recognize when I pull my key out of the ignition. As in the lights don't come on when I pull my key out. I also don't have any voltage coming from the accessory wire from the stereo harness which I think may be caused by the faulty switch.
