    Hi guys
I hope to receive my new auto-dimming mirror soon and I am wondering how to remove the old one

It will be obvious when you get the new one.

The non auto dimming mirrors are mounted differently.

One of the above slides off and the other twists off - I can't remember which is which off hand at the moment.

Edit: here is a how to:

New mirror arrived this arvo. Thanks to the clear instructions, fitting the mirror was a breeze. One point to remember, for auto-dimming mirror, to remove you need to slide slightly downwards and then a slight twist to ease the two metal prongs off the track around the rain sensor housing. To-reinstall ease one end of prong into the track first and slide other prong into the track and slide back into place
