Radiator Flush and Coolant refill - Bora V6

Hi guys, during my recent Coolant Temp Sensor replacement, I lost a bit more coolant than I expected to and had topped it up with water. However as I have trip up to Coffs Harbour for Christmas, I have decided that a full radiator flush and new coolant is prob best.

I called into my local VW dealer and picked up 2 x 1.5L of G12++ (yes 2+), so Now I have a few Q's:

a.Whats the best procedure to Flush and add new coolant. Is there a handy tap on the Bora V6 radiator or do I go the old school route of removing the bottom radiator hose?

    b. Who can tell me what the total coolant capacity is for a 2.8L V6, given he sold me 3L of G12++, do I need to add another 4.5L (2:3 mix = 7.5L total fluid capacity)

    Cheers,
    Dave

Dave I was told that my engine needs 10 litres of coolant fluid for a complete fill, so your engine *shouldn't* be much different.
