    radiator and coolant hose

    If i was to dissconect one end, is the fluids running threw when car is off?

    i need to replace the hoses, looks like it will crack soon

    i dont really get what you are trying to say but if you are gonna replace the hose, do it when the car is cold. There will be no pressure in the system. (seems logical)

    But gravity still exists.

    Either way, you'll still lose coolant.

    There's a drain tap on the bottom passenger's side of the radiator. Drain the coolant into a clean bucket, swap the hoses, and pour the coolant back into the expansion tank when you're done.
