    R32 rotors!!!!!

For those that are interested ECS tuning have just posted an advert in the Australian section of VWVORTEX advertising R32 rotors including free shipping to Australia

OEM Mk4 R32 Brake Rotor (Pair) (334x32) - $359.95 w/ Free Shipping to the Australia (normally $400 plus shipping)

With the today's exchange rate that brings the total to

    359.95 USD = 427.837 AUD

So still substantially cheaper than a single rotor from VW Australia.

I am in no way affiliated with ECS Tuning though I have ordered from them before with no issues what so ever, I just knew these were a good deal, that we had a bunch of new guys in here with second owner R32's that probably need new rotors. I have posted a message asking if they can get rears as well and at what cost.

    Cheers Alastair

Wow that's a great deal. I wonder if they'd be willing to ship other items at a substantial discount as that's what puts me off ordering through them...

Great news about the new shipping arrangements, it's the one thing that has always been a killer when getting parts from ECS. I've asked/questioned them a few times about their shipping charges for smaller items I've bought from them, and probably others have too, so it looks like they are listening.

    Thanks for listening ECS!!

Yeah I can vouch for that being an excellent deal. I was quoted around $550 PER ROTOR from the local VW stealer here!

Yup when I bought all four from ECS it was cheaper getting them shipped here than it was buying two from VW Australia. I'm going to order some just to store until needed at that price.

That's an awesome price. That was one of the big things that put me off doing a R32 brake conversion on my Polo GTI. I wonder if this free shipping is on everything from ECS to Australia??
