    R32 Mk4 standard rims "chromed"??

Hey guys, 30th birthday coming up and the question of 'what do you want for your birthday" of course, boat, another R, turbo kit etc comes to mind!! haha but of course no budget like that.
Love the standard R wheels on the Mk4 and think they are the best to keep as it still shows it to be a R32, Thanks to JVLR32 my white rims do make the R look cool and they have grown on me but they are just starting to chip and scratch abit causing the white to dull (even after a polish and removal from the car JVLR32!, She still gets well looked after) and just now dont look there best, Only a thought but has anyone ever seen or done R32 rim's chrome? anyone got any pics and prices? Not sure if they would look good or not.............vwtech

Chrome pretty much ruins everything. Black or shadow chrome as above for the win.

Chrome in most cases cheapens the look of things. If you want bling have them polished and then clear coated or something.

Personally I think the stock colour suits them best. Have them powdercoated something similar. (boring i know)
