    R32 Brake Suggestions

    hey all,

jus got my R back from the mechanic and the brakes a squeking like crazy he told me that i would need to replace rotors and pads shortly. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on rotors and pads, i have my eye on some slotted cross dilled rotors and hawk pads but im not sure what would be best, hopefully something with a lot less brake dust than the OEM.
Any suggestions or recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Matt

Basically unless you're going to go down a full upgrade path including callipers there's pretty much nothing available at all. ECS tuning do some rotor replacements but it worked out cheaper for what I did for pretty much the same setup.
Have a look in my thread for what I did. Basically I just bought stock rotors (from the US) and then got them slotted locally by a machinist.
Pads wise I got EBC redstuff. They're a harder pad with slightly less cold bite but more bite once warmed up and they also produce less dust.
Due to the design of the stock wheels there's always going to be a lot of dust no matter what but it has improved.
    Cheers,
    Trent
