CNC are in the uk and only do engines as far as i know, try 034 motorsport hpa etc. i'd win a nama award though (not a mechanics a/hole) and just cant be bothered with all the hassles and so many unknown costs, its worth exploring first and should mean your car is off the road for less and you have less integration headaches; well thats the theory

check out this beastie one of my favourites, R32 engine with turbo:

    VWVortex.com - .:R32 Jetta?!

My wife purchased the car from UGVW, who performed the flawless R32 conversion. Then with the help of a couple friends the car received KW v3 coilovers, BBS RE wheels, Brembo bbk's front and rear, H&R rear sway bar, and lower adjustable control arms. The car then went to Streetwerke for a GT480 turbo install and bHPP Haldex box. After Dubwars the car made its way back to New Mexico where it got some new body pieces including a front bumper made from the lower section of an R32 bumper and the upper section of a Jetta (looks like a Bora R bumper with a rub strip) and oem euro R32 4 door side skirts. A custom 3" exhaust was also installed. Just recently Ground Control camber plates and Ohlins rear struts were installed along with upper front and rear strut bars to make the car a bit more track worthy.

Though the car is not technically for sale, everything has a price. Feel free to have your dad IM an offer

From a cost perspective seems to be a good way to go, get a second hand kit, send the s/c off to capa and get them to service and it and do the oil drain back mod and then go to these guys:
    DriverSportInc » Home
get an extra 70hp and then C2 software included

VWVortex.com - This little one and its numbers 300HP at the wheels on a VR6 24V Golf

Heres what happens without the oil drain back mod

by the way thanks Mr JLT for those links! led me to drivesport and they look like the above upgrade might fix some of my boost and tuning issues, replaces the currently pulley with a smaller pulley to get boost up to 8psi new injectors and tune to solve the current running lean issue and get rid of all the friggin errors

can anyone who can reflash your ecu do a C2 flash?
