You'll need the right tools to do it , but its not too bad . The 4 wire lambda probe is pretty common on most cars so getting one cheap isnt much of an issue .
Hi Guys,
Not sure if this is the right place to post, if not someone feel free to tell me or move it themself.
I need a new oxygen sensor, the one that is after the motor early on in the exhaust system (correct me if im discribing it wrong).
I can get the part ordered for me, but have a feeling i wont be able to get it installed for a week or 2 going by the stand by time on all the other parts i have had put in lately.
So im asking the question, is it possible for not so mechanically minded person (me) to install...? Any special equipment needed? or am i best just to wait.
Thanks in advance

Thanks Bug_racer, when you say right tools do you mean vw specialist tools?
